Delete your account & data

This page describes how to delete your DSAlove account and the data associated with it, as required by Google Play. Deletion is available to everyone, in-app or by email, and it is permanent.

From the app

• Open DSAlove.
• Go to Settings.
• Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

By email

Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request against your registered address before acting on it.

What gets deleted

• Your account and authentication data.
• Your learning history: conversations with the mentor, code you wrote, quiz and review answers, attempts, and your mastery and scheduling records.
• Your session traces in our observability store, deleted by user ID.

Deletion is completed within 30 days of the request. De-identified, aggregated data that no longer points back to you may be retained, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Waitlist only?

If you only joined the waitlist and want your email removed, write to [email protected] from that address and we’ll remove it.
